We are delighted to announce the merger of Fenwood Bowen Ltd and Avak-MPP Ltd into a new business called FB-AVAK.

With a combined trading record of over eighty years in the field of vacuum forming and tool making, this merger will ensure that all our customers can benefit from the improved services now on offer.

Simon Bowen states that the synergy is perfect for this merger to be successful, "we see the design experience that Bob Coles and his team can offer will enable a stronger pattern making facility to be offered to customers, which is coupled with the quick turnaround and quality service that has become his trademark".

We also feel that the time was right to move Fenwood Bowen from its workshop facility in Four Marks to the 16,000 sq ft factory unit in Bordon, and relocating both companies to the Bordon unit will ensure that the planned business expansion can continue.
